"But you did good. You learned the Super Dragon Fist." Goku says with a smile and a pat on the back that almost knocks Gozu over. Gozu smiles over his embarrassment. "Good. I think it will be useful." Gozu says with a nod of the head.

Turning to leave Gozu turns back to Goku. "You taught one of my friends Nai the Kaio-ken technique right?" Goku thinks as he trains tons of fighters. "Ah yes the Namekian. I did." Gozu smiles. "I might be back for Kaio-ken later." And with that he leaves the dojo flying towards the 2nd strongest power on the planet.

Gozu transmits back into the dojo. This time he actually transmits in the dojo not missing by the couple hundred yards that he missed by last time. He looks around looking for Goku. I know he's here. Kinda hard to miss that power.

Then suddenly Goku appears in front of him. "Hey Gozu! Back already I see" Goku says overly excited...just normally excited for Goku. Gozu steps back a bit shocked. "You have got to quit doing that to me." Gozu says with a laugh.

With a smile on his face Goku asks "So why are you back so soon?" Gozu smiles. "I told you I'd be back for Kaio-ken didn't I? Just turned out I was back a bit faster then I planned on." Goku nods his head. "I see."

"Now Gozu you know what it does right?" Gozu nods his head but doesn't look to sure of himself. "I think so. You raise your power at the expense of harming your body. Right?" Goku nods his head. "More or less."

"Now did you know there are multiple levels of Kaio-Ken? Each one puts more and more pressure on your body." Gozu looks a bit surprised how Shen explained it, it sounded like it was just a standard boost. "How many levels are there?"

Goku smiles "That's the great thing about Kaio-ken it has infinite levels. I once did Kaio-Ken x100, but I wouldn't recommend going much over x10 at your level. As you get stronger you can sustain higher levels of Kaio-ken for longer." Gozu nods his head.

Now Goku gets really serious. "But be warned over use of Kaio-Ken can kill you. If you go over the level your body can hold or if you sustain a lower level for too long it can kill you." Gozu nods his head taking this warning to heart.

"But the good outweighs the bad. You can also turn it on really fast to dodge or get in a quick hit and turn it off the next instant. This is when you use the really high levels of Kaio-ken and then rest until you can do it again." Goku explains to an attentive Gozu.

Gozu nods his head taking it all it in. "Ok so higher levels of Kaio-Ken place higher strain on my body. If I go to high I can kill myself. Much higher then x10 isn't safe at my power level." Gozu repeats making sure he has it. Goku nods.

"Alright sounds good. I suppose Super Saiyan and Kaio-Ken can mix right?" Goku nods his but adds. "Yeah but that's even more draining due to the drain of Super Saiyan and the stress Kaio-Ken places on your body." Gozu nods his head.

Goku was about to tell Gozu that once he reaches Full Power Super Saiyan that that wouldn't be an issue but he decides against it thinking Gozu should figure it out by himself. "Ok well I think that's all I need to know."

"Except how do I do it?" Gozu asks. "Alright well you know how to raise your power using your ki right? Well it's the same thing but you draw power from your body instead. Like this." Goku clenches his fist at his side and soon his body is engulfed in a red aura.

Gozu senses as Goku's already incredibly high power level grows. "See that's the Kaio-ken. Notice how my ki level stays the same, now if I were to kick this up to let's say....10000 or more I'd start to feel the effects of it on my body."

Then to show Gozu what he meant Goku demonstrates. Gozu doesn't catch the number cause Goku mumbled it but he sees the effects immediately. Goku's aura flares our more pushing Gozu back a bit. Wow now that's power.

Gozu notices that Goku is sweating and it appears that he's straining to maintain the form. Then all of a sudden the red aura drops from around him and Goku drops to one knee. "Are you ok?" Goku laughs. "Yeah just took it up too high. See that's what can happen."

Wow even Goku can get worn out from Kaio-ken I'd better careful then. Gozu thinks as Goku gets up and shakes himself off. "Alright Gozu now you try." Gozu nods his head and clenches his fists at his side.

Gozu draws power from his body ignoring using his ki how he usually does. Soon a fire aura begins to blink around him. He can feel his power begin to raise slightly. Then it peaks and Gozu is engulfed in a red aura. "Very good Gozu."

Gozu smiles as he feels this new power runs through his body. Very nice. Now let's kick it up a notch. "TIMES 2!!!" Gozu yells and his aura flares around him even more and he feels his power rise even more. Gozu smiles and nods his head.

Gozu feels beads of sweat begin to run down his face as he sustains the form. I see what he means by it strains your body. Feeling that he has a good enough idea of how it works Gozu relaxes and drops out of Kaio-ken.

Gozu turns to leave and then turns back to Goku. "Have you ever heard of Planet Metamoria?" Gozu asks on a whim. "I've never been there but I've met some Metamorese. They taught me the Fusion Dance and I've heard they have some other dances too."

"Fusion Dance?" Goku smiles. "Yeah if people of similar height and power levels do this dance they fuse for 30 minutes with the fused warrior having twice the strength of the weaker fighter." Gozu mouths "Wow."

"I can teach that too you as well if you want." Gozu doesn't know anyone else that knows the Fusion Dance granted he never asked but he decides against it for now. "Oh maybe later. I think I'll head back to Namek now."

Goku smiles mischievously "Gotta meet up with your girlfriend eh?" Gozu clenches his fist out in front of him and fights the urge to hit Goku in the back of his head. "No...I just gotta get back." Gozu says not even asking how he knew about Julia.

"Well Goku thanks again for everything I might be back for more training later." Goku smiles and nods his head. "I'll be waiting." Gozu spends a couple of minutes focusing on a cluster of Namekian ki signatures and with a two fingered salute Gozu transmits away.

Gozu and Couric transmit into the dojo. Gozu scans the area of fighters and sees Goku next to one giving him pointers on the attack he's working on. Goku looks up having sensed Gozu and Couric transmit in and walks over to them. "Back again." Goku says with a laugh.

Couric immediately fell backwards, eyes swirling. Had he teleported here himself, there'd be no problem...but being dragged along with someone else dizzied him to hell and back.
"D-Dizzy...." He muttered, tail twitching.

Gozu quickly reaches back and catches him. "What's the matter with him?" Goku asked with a raised eyebrow. "Oh he gets transmission sickness. Same thing happened when he transmitted to me earlier. He'll be ok in a bit."
