5. Blaze begin lifting some arm weights. He had always thought himself of a little bit too slim, although he was agile he did not possess all the force that he wished to have. As he repetitively pumped the heavy iron in a curl, he felt his muscles tighten from the strain.

6. Slowly a shadow crept over Blaze as he worked his arms into shape. A semi large man had stopped in front of him, he seemed chipper and upbeat but one could also sense a cockiness about him in the way he carried himself.

7. "Preparing for the tournament eh?" the man asked Blaze as he continued his reps seemingly not hearing the guy. As he began to repeat himself Blaze interrupted; "What tournament?" He asked in a somewhat snobby voice

8. "You don't have to be such a dick" the man quickly retorted. "The one on Papaya Island" he continued "You know, the World Martial Arts Tournament." He stopped for a second while Blaze absorbed this information "All the best fighters from around the world come to compete" the odd guy finished

9. Blaze put the weight down, stood up and shook the mans hand. "Thank you very much for this information my good sir." he said to him in a much cheery although somewhat fake tone. "I've been wanting to get the chance to fight some other powerful people" he said explaining his enthusiasm

10. The man seemed genuinely pleased by Blaze's sudden enthusiasm. He smiled briefly and said, "I might be able to teach you a pretty good move that will get rid of weaklings in a second." Blaze looked at him a little wary of what he said

11. The man smiled "Don't you know who I am?" Blaze shook his head, he felt as if no one else would've heard of him either. "My name is Rick and I'm one of the head trainers here. Everyone who is waiting outside, is waiting outside for me." he finished

12. Blaze chuckled "So your offering to train me?" and as the man nodded his head Blaze could hear the angry shouts from the peanut gallery behind him. Some yelled out they had waited for days and received no service or help.

13. Blaze turned to Rick and asked "So what is it that I'll be learning?" Rick explained to Blaze he would be learning the Wolf Fang Fist attack, an extremely quick attack that according to Rick "Packed a wallop."

14. Rick walked about ten feet from Blaze and faced him. He told him to pay very close attention as he was about to teach him the basics of the attack. He reminded Blaze that the speed should come from the calfs while the hands should flow freely until the attack commences

15. Blaze got into the same position Rick was in. Attempting to mirror him in every way, in the odd stance he was in. It proved somewhat difficult at first until the rest of Blaze's body loosened up. After while he found he had no problem getting into the initial pose.

16. Rick continued showing the technique. Moving on to the initial lunge move and the flurry of punches that was to follow. As Blaze mimicked his actions he thought it somewhat amazing that he was mastering this as quick as he was.

17. After but nary a few minutes Blaze had mastered the beginning of the technique. Rick was somewhat impressed but said the next part was when the difficulty ramped up. "See the next part of the attack is about keeping them in front of you while still pounding them" he explained

18. Blaze studied the mechanics of his trainer for a moment as he completed the complex series of actions and finished the attack. He began to practice and although he fell a few times at first he had begun to get it down, he just needed some more experience using it.

19. As the motions no longer became stressful and instead became rather tedious Blaze knew he had mastered the attack. His trainer congratulated him and remarked on how it was unbelievably how quick he learned the attack. Including once saying "He's never seen ANYONE do it that fast before." Blaze thanked him for the kind words.

20. As Blaze began to walk off, Rick asked him where he was heading. Blaze replied "Where else? Papaya Island, to register for the World Martial Arts Tournament of course."
Blaze opened the door to the dojo and took off towards Papaya Island. As someone heard him before he left they offered him a ride, seeing as that's where they were heading.

1. After his training with Roshi, Blaze did not know really where to go. He wasn't strong enough for the next set of training and the World Martial Arts Tournament hadn't started yet. So he decided the best place to go, was the first place he really "trained" at.

2. So after arriving in Hercule city he immediately made a dash for the dojo. Arriving there somewhat more out of breath than he thought he'd be he takes a seat outside for just a moment before heading in to begin more training. "Best to be at a hundred percent" he thought

3. After passing the same group of disgruntled fighters as before Blaze walks up to the door. Remembering how heavy it was, he appears to have no problem opening it after bracing himself for the weight of it. Blaze would walk inside shutting the door slowly as if to see if anyone would follow him in.

4. Blaze wandered about the dojo for a bit. He didn't see many of the people he had seen the time before but the same things were happening. People sizing him up, people making rude remarks, and all sorts of asshole-ish behavior. As Blaze looked out at them he wondered if they realized he could crush them any instant.

5. After some light stretching, jogging in place, and a few other warm up exercises Blaze went back to the thing he was doing when he first got here; working out his arms. As he headed over to the same spot as last time he wondered how much more weight he could take now.

6. Blaze picked up the same amount he had last time with relative ease. Smiling at his progress he picked up some weights that were twice as heavy as the last ones he used. He grabbed one in each hand and began curling with a fair bit of speed.

7. As he fervently pumped the iron in his hands he felt his strength rise with every pump. "I'm gonna demolish the competition at this tournament" thought Blaze as his training continued without care for his body or the punishment he was inflicting on it.

8. After a decent amount of time pumping his arms, he moved on to his legs and other parts of his upper torso such as his pectorals. Sweat glistened from his body and dropped to the floor with every movement. He was making progress but losing water a pretty decent rate.

9. Suddenly Blaze heard a familiar voice call out. Who did he see but Rick, his former trainer walking up to him arms extended for a hand shake and a howdy doo. Blaze cracked a smile as he walked up, he didn't particularly like Rick but he knew Rick was a damn good trainer.

10. Blaze was quite excited at the prospect of telling someone about his recent exploits however. So after a few minutes of chat with Rick he delved into his training regimen with Master Roshi and how it had helped him improve as a fighter.

11. Rick was somewhat impressed by what Blaze was telling him. He hadn't heard of anybody in a long time being able to train with Master Roshi. "Must be a very special kid" thought Rick about Blaze. Rick could tell Blaze had come back a different person from the training that transpired.

12. Blaze then further surprised Rick by letting him know his training wasn't even finished yet. He still had to power up before he could finally complete his training with Roshi. "The results are obviously great so far" commented Rick. "If I were you I'd definitely hurry and finish the training" he continued

13. "I know" replied Blaze "It's why I'm here, to work on it. I WILL finish his training" he declared in a sort of can-do kind of way. Rick then asked him about the World Martial Arts Tournament and whether he had gotten the chance to go sign up

14. Blaze replied that he had and got the first slot in the tournament bracket, although he was the second one to register. He relayed information about prizes and rules to Rick who said "I'll think about it, but I'm not sure I'm ready."
