Is all he replies to Nai, but then Couric approaches and says what he says... Cajabe opens an eye, looking at Couric, who seems surprisingly excitable in some way... especially for someone who has such an intense distaste for the Majin bastard...
"Yes, what of it?"
He shuts his eye again.

Nai advances forward towards Ziacon. He already starts gathering ki energy, preparing for his attack. He stops about five feet in front of Ziacon and says nothing.
You won't survive, even if you somehow manage to defeat me. he thinks to himself.

A random bolt of electricity sparks around him for a moment, and then it returns to general normal electrical sparks.

"Nope. I'm one hundred percent serious." Couric replied, the smirk still plastered upon his face. He knew exactly what he'd have to say to get Cajabe interested in the idea he was going to suggest. The only problem would be explaining the requirements.

Ziacon's scouter indicates that Nai's power level is rising... he, in turn, would gather his own ki up in preparation to defend.
"You intend to get past me? No chance. I will protect General Onslaught forever. You shall not pass!"
He remains in a calm stance, even though his black aura with streaks of silver flares wildly around him.

"I might not pass," Nai begins. "But those two Saiyans behind me... they definitely will." Ziacon should now know that Nai is fighting until the absolute end, and judging by his power level, Ziacon can definitely take Nai seriously.
Nai throws his palm forward, letting out a shockwave that has additional ki packed behind it. A normal shockwave is enough to knock someone off balance, but this will knock him so off balance he might actually fall!
He leaps up back through the air. His eyes glow and he fires both eye lasers, concentrating at Ziacon's left shoulder. If the lasers hit, Ziacon would find himself barely able to use that arm for awhile.

While Nai is speaking, Ziacon forms a large ball of ki overhead...
"Not even they shall pass."
As soon as Nai makes a move, Ziacon throws the huge ball forward... the Shockwave hits Ziacon after he's thrown it, due to his slight lack of speed, but the huge ball powers through Nai's eye lasers, and aims to completely obliterate Nai as much as possible.
Death Ball... and it's called that for a reason. If this hits, Nai is going to be screwed for the rest of the fight.

Seeing Ziacon form the death ball, Nai actually cancels his eye laser attack and uses his jumping momentum to go higher up into the air, dodging the death ball. He then pulls out his laser gun and starts unleashing his whole clip at Ziacon, aiming mainly for the shoulders. Each laser shot will be as if Nai was throwing knives instead. He remains in the air.

Ziacon doesn't even move from the spot... he swings his arms upwards, causing the Death Ball to move upwards, consuming most of Nai's laser shots, though the first few did land, but they only made focused cracks in his armor.
The Death Ball would then rush forward at Nai; immediately.
"This shouldn't take long."

I did something like that against Alidg.
Nai flies forward, evading the death ball again, making very quick, symmetrical arm movements. Just as he finishes, a burning ball of ki will fly towards Ziacon. If it hit, it would shortly stun him. Long enough so that Nai would be able to after image right in front and slash in a wild flurry all over his body. But these slashes would be too fast even for Nai (hell blade rush), which would mean Ziacon would not be able to comprehend Nai's movements. He intends on slicing and dicing as much of the armor as possible before finishing with a large ki wave to the face with the other hand, which would knock Ziacon back into the door.
As Nai would fire the ki wave, he'd leap back.

"Hmph... still alive..."
When Nai evades it, he decides to fire a ki blast at the Death Ball, designed to trigger its explosion in the same way Frieza blew his own Death Ball up against Trunks... as the Burning Attack is released, the Death Ball explodes, sending such powerful shockwaves out that Nai will certainly be thrown hard in to the floor... he'll be in unbelievable pain, with broken bones and the taste of blood in his mouth should he collide like that.
Meanwhile, Ziacon swings his arm around and punches the Burning Attack in to Nai, probably to land while he's on the floor in pain, and only make his injuries worse, while preventing him from being able to stand up due to the stunning effects of the attack.
Should this all have worked, Ziacon would take a few steps closer, and gather ki in to one finger...
"Pathetic."

5.
When Ziacon fires the ki blast, Nai responds by throwing a shockwave at it, sending it way off course. Nai will then continue the rest of his assault as planned in his previous post.

Ziacon fired another blast when he saw Nai spotting the blast he originally fired... that Death Ball was going to blow up whether Nai liked it or not, especially since Nai's moving through the air, so he'll be out of position to stop this blast on time.
But this time, Nai has a moment after the Burning Attack before the shockwaves will throw him to the ground... but at least he'll not be in such dire straights... until Ziacon punches the enhanced Burning Attack at him...
The whole charging in to finger thing and 'pathetic' one-word speech would happen all the same if this worked.
OOC: Nai used an all-round final-impact type technique, which he edited out too late for my post.

This seems good, but he's just making assumptions... and he knows it... so he's not convinced.

Nai gives up, letting Ziacon blow up his own deathball. But the impact of the shockwaves completely throws Nai off guard.
That was too strong for someone of his power level. Maybe he's a changeling and a mutant at the same time? Better I take this rather than a punch to the face.
As he gets sent flying, electricity fly from his antennas, which would stun Ziacon immediately for the next post. This would inevitably cause him to get hit by the enhanced burning attack, and give Nai ample time to recover from getting hit by the shockwaves. He'd gather energy again, with only one thought across his mind.

First electrocution, and then a Burning Attack... Ziacon is in pain... his, now bruised, face took that Burning Attack, and a little blood runs down from the side of his lip... his eyes are squinted from the dazzling effects of the attack's impact, too...
"Impressive. But he'll die soon enough."
He would think as he struggles against the paralysis.

Nai rushes at Ziacon, slashing at him in the same way he was intending to a few posts ago. But instead of firing the generic ki wave, Nai shoots his arm forward under his sword holding arm, releasing a burning attack but in a ki wave fashion. This would hopefully cause some damage and burn off the rest of his armor at the front, and Nai would just simply jump back, still holding his laser sword.
