Metamorese Fusion
1. Both characters need to know the Metamorese Fusion Dance, and be of the same race and be at the exact same percentage (eg: both at Base 100%).
Androids are considered as the race of Android they are, meaning typical Androids can fuse with Humans and Human Androids.
Hybrids can only fuse with their dominant race. So Saiyan Human hybrids may only fuse with Saiyans and other Saiyan Human Hybrids, but not Humans, for example.
2. Fusing a metamorese fusion again while already fused is not allowed.
3. Fusing while at Weakened is not possible.
4. Fusing of living and dead results in a dead fusion.
5. When you fuse, one of you creates a new fusion account with a fusion name.
You should share the password to the account between yourselves.
PM an admin, and they will rig the posts of the fusion to be double the post count of the weakest of the fusers minus 10'000.
6. You both log-in to the fusion account.
One of you posts the fusion's profile in the Fusions sub-board here.
7. Note that the character with the highest post count will have the dominant features (for deciding male/female, android/non-android, etcetera).
8. Once your character is made, you have 30 in-character posts before you both defuse.
9. If the fusion activates a transformation that the individual fusers weren't originally capable of, then each post they make in that transformation uses up 3 posts of the fusion's time limit.
So instantly transforming will use up the whole 30 post limit in just 10 posts.
10. Metamorese fusions can bypass any and all special requirements for transformations. All a fusion needs is enough posts.
Unless a fusion is capable of accessing 'etcetera' transformations. Where then they can only go to the first 'etcetera' major above the highest poster, and no higher.
So if two characters with 13'000 and 13'500 posts fuse to make a 16'000 post character, but the highest transformation they can access is the major gained at 15'000.
11. Fusions are considered as having mastered all transformations each individual has already mastered. Also, if both individuals are still in training to master a form, take the one with the least number of posts toward the mastery. Double it. If it's 50 or more, then that form is mastered, too.
12. Unless the fusion uses a transformation that one or both fusers has not mastered yet, posts while using an unmastered transformation are split in two, rounded up, and given to each individual character's mastery of that transformation. Otherwise, if the fusion uses a transformation that at least one individual fuser is not capable of, then no posts toward mastery are gained.
13. The convention for fusion is to take it in turns, first one of you posts, then the other, until you make 30 posts, when you must both log-off of the fusion.
14. Your fusion character gets fused versions of the individual characters' techniques.
So go ahead and be imaginative about them.
15. You also get two extra fusion attacks from the bonus attack list.
16. If the fusion gets two 10x Power Attacks fused together, they may choose to upgrade it to 100x Power, but this can only be done for one fused attack, and both original attacks must be 10x Power.
Using a 100x Power Attack requires an extra post of charge from 10x Power, as a result needing 2 extra oosts from the regular 1x form of the technique overall.
17. Once defused, both characters will be at Weakened and unable to even use their Desperations.
18. Boosts from fighting that are awarded to the fusion are given to each of the two fusers. The boosts are not split, divided, or otherwise reduced due to the two fighters in the fusion, as a fusion counts as one warrior, not two allies. However, due to the fusion's post count, post boosts may possibly be reduced from every 500 the fusion had on their opponent.
19. PM one of the staff if you don't have a clue.
Fusion is tricky at first, but it's a load of fun.
20. Tip: Send PMs to yourself to communicate with the other person you're fused with.
Namekian
1. This is permanent and must be agreed on. One namekian converts the other into ki and absorbs them, and there is no going back.
2. The namekian who is being absorbed has half their post count (excluding the starter 10'000) added to the namekian left standing.
Half the absorbed namekian's karma is also transferred.
3. The absorbed namekian must restart as a new character, following the rules on Starting Over.
4. The namekian left standing gets to pick their Desperation and Signature from both namekians, and also gets to pick whatever dojo techniques they want out of them both, but ends up gaining no more techniques; the number of each type of technique remains constant, it's merely a reshuffle of abilities.
5. As an exception to the rule above. If any new stars are gained from fusion, then some Dojo Techniques that would otherwise be lost can actually be kept to fill in the new Dojo Technique slots.
6. No new account is created for the namekian left standing; they continue to use the same account and profile.
Nothing is posted in the Fusion sub-board.
7. The namekian left standing can bypass the special requirements of their next TWO fusion-requiring transformations. All that will matter is getting enough posts.
8. Minions cannot fuse this way.
Potarra
1. For fusion of this kind, two characters must each wear a Potarra Earring, and on opposite ears.
2. Fusion can be between any two characters, no matter their race, transformation stages, or anything.
3. If a living and a dead character fuse, the result is a living fusion.
4. The fusion's karma is the total of the karma of both fusers.
5. Once fused, one of you creates a new fusion account with a fusion name.
You will need to share the password to the account between yourselves.
PM an admin, and they will rig the posts of the fusion to be total number of posts of both of the fusers minus 10'000.
6. The character with the highest post count will determine specific features such as race and sex.
7. You both log-in to the fusion account.
One of you posts the fusion's profile in the Fusions sub-board here.
8. Potarra fusions do not automatically bypass special requirements for transformations.
9. Transformations for Potarra Fusions take double the posts, excluding the initial 10'000. So Super Saiyan, which is normally 11'000, will require 12'000 for a Potarra Fusion.
10. Potarra fusions are considered as having mastered all transformations each individual has already mastered. Also, if both individuals are still in training to master a form, add together the numbers of posts toward each mastery of the same form, and if the result is over 50, then the potarra fusion automatically gains the mastered version.
11. Posts while using an unmastered transformation are split in two, rounded up, and given to each individual character's mastery of that transformation, even if one of those individuals had not unlocked it prior to fusing.
12. The convention for fusion is to take it in turns, first one of you posts, then the other. But as a Potarra fusion can last so long, there will be times when only one of you is online posting.
13. Your fusion character gets fused versions of the individual characters' techniques.
So go ahead and be imaginative about them.
14. You also get three extra fusion attacks from the bonus attack list.
16. Potarra Fusions cannot suppress their power levels below their lowest Base, Base-Replacing, or Mastered form, unless forced to by being put in to Weakened state, but even then they can't force their power down further.
17. This fusion remains together until either the fusion dies or a wish is made to split the fusion.
Note: If a Kai Fusion uses their karma and gives up their life to revive another character, the fusion does not split.
18. The seperate accounts of everyone who fused will be banned from the RP until defusion happens.
19. Potarra fusions cannot fuse further with other characters by any method.
20. Potarra Earrings lose their powers and become regular earrings after their first use.
21. Unlike for Metamorese fusions, a Potarra fusion receives bonuses from combat itself, not the individual characters. Basically, the individual's posts and karmas should be frozen throughout the fusion, while the fusion is the one who gets all the boosts.
22. When a Potarra fusion splits, the fusion's post count is compared to the combined post count (minus 10'000) of the accounts of the two individual characters who made up the fusion (this figure is basically the post count the Potarra fusion started at). Each fighter then receives half the difference (rounded up) between the two post counts.
The same thing applies to Karma.
23. Tip: Send PMs to yourself to communicate with the other person you're fused with.
