Doesn't it suck that the namekians had to go and make Porunga IGNORE EVERYONE who doesn't speak in namekian?
Well, there is one little place, in a lonely spot on New Namek, where you can walk in and learn the language of this planet. You'll probably have to ask around in the village to discover this location, though. You can't just stumble in by luck.
Lessons cost 250 zenie per post, and you need 50 posts here to master the language well enough to get Porunga to listen to you. You can only post here 10 times per day, since there aren't many teachers to provide this service around the clock.
If you're wondering, this does NOT count as a dojo technique. Don't worry.

1. Blaze arrived in the remote village after several hours of running, walking, and jogging, the most treacherous locales of the planet. Feeling quite tired he decided to lay down for just a moment to catch his breath from the trip here.

2. While he sat down taking a breather he was approached by a few Namekians who wondered why he had come and how he found out about the villages location among other things. As he rested he answered their questions politely.

3. Having satisfied the Namekians curiosity enough, Blaze decided a quick nap would help his brain function. He would need all he had if he was to do something as difficult as master a new language that he had no idea how it worked.

4. After waking up from his nap he was informed that there was a fee to learning this God forsaken language. He didn't care though, he knew it would probably be worth it in the end being one of the only people who was non namekian to speak the language

5. Blaze was told that he could pay at the end of his learning each day. He was also informed that due to time constraints he could only learn 2500 zenie worth of the language each day. He didn't care about this currently though as he was on a tight schedule.

6. Blaze didn't really know what to do first, but he was handed a small book in funny written characters by one of the Namekians. It was a book of their alphabet. "First you must learn letters before you my form words." he said trying to sound mystic

7. Blaze felt like saying "Well no fucking shit." to the guy but decided he shouldn't piss of people willing to teach him, even if he WAS paying them his good money. And thus Blaze began his learning of the Namekian language.

8. Although he wanted to learn right away he decided that because of time constraints his learning would be minimal today anyway. Skimming through the beginning of the book he began to memorize the characters he saw.

11. Blaze arrived to a group of New Namekians with small frowns on their faces "You are late..." they said somewhat disappointed in his tardyness as he flew into the village at immense speeds that blew trees back as he passed them.

16. "I'm not saying it was a better use of my time.." he would say to sort of quell their anger "But it was important to me and I won and that's what happened and why I wasn't studying." he would continue to explain why he had not studied in his time away

17. "Fine... fine.." his teacher would say "Just make sure in the future you are much more dedicated to your learning of this will become a very difficult process. Our language is not easy to learn and lack of study will only make it harder." he finished

18. Blaze nodded his head up and down to show that he understood his teacher and that his words were quite true. Going back to basics Blaze began studying the same things he had studied previously to make sure he was still up to date.

19. Hitting the books with ridiculous fever Blaze began to study his ass off learning as much of the language as was possible for the small time he was here and had scheduled with his teachers, even though he was late and most of it was spent arguing with them.

20. "Our time is up." the Namekian would say unto Blaze after he had learned a fair deal from them. "I understand" he would say as he packed up his things. As he walked off from the village towards a different area he would hear them say "Don't forget to study.."

28. As Blaze settled down and studied more of the Namekian language he finally moved on from the letters of the language into forming words with them. As he finally got into the flow of how the words were constructed and spelled, he felt much better about his progress.

29. As he studied into more of dictionary and began the long arduous task of memorizing the words of the Namekian language he first learned all the definite articles as they would be simplest to remember. Finally getting down the basics the Namekians approached him.
