Anyone who fights as a Saga Villain will have one of their characters awarded with the correct Post Boost for that battle but halved.
Currently, only staff can play as villains, but this is open to change, just like in previous RPs.
I'm looking to appoint certain members as NPC players, after the RP has started.
The following members have been approved as NPC Players, and we're willing to appoint more...

Also, read these instructions when playing NPCs. These are just guidelines, you don't have to follow them, as long as you find some way to maintain the proper advantages. But if you understand this and the math, then you can really have some fun.
All villains are given 11,000 posts, but that's deceiving. They're really hiding their true power, and more is unleashed depending on the amount of people they fight and how strong those people are. But to figure out how strong you should set yourself when playing NPCs, follow these instructions:
Pick out your strongest opponent (but if it's a 1 on 1, it's just your opponent). Figure out how strong they are at 100%. Now set this to be your base power. You may go as high above this as you want (just remember your boost will drop by 1 for every 500 posts you are ahead) but you may not be 1.2 times stronger than your opponent unless your opponent approves.
If you're fighting two opponents however, you may set it so that in whatever transformation you have, you have at least a 1.2 advantage against the stronger opponent's current transformation. But make sure this advantage isn't 1.3, unless you have approval from your opponents. You're allowed to increase this advantage due to opponents having techniques like kaioken and final impact, or even to compensate for powerful intermediate transformations. To figure out the base post count you need, here's a formula:
Strongest Opponent's Post Count x Multiplier of Opponent's Form x Multiplier by Which You Want to be Stronger / Multiplier of Your Desired Transformation.
For a example of how this works, see the example written at the bottom.
The most amount of people that can fight against a saga villain is two. This is to avoid severe complications that can be caused by adding a third person in there.
This only applies to main saga villains. Minions are stuck at 9,000, and the strength of final villains are determined based on the circumstances of the saga. The amount of fighters that can fight a final villain are also determined based on circumstances of the saga.
However, there will be some saga villains that will be allowed to be more powerful than the rules will allow for. This will be circumstantial and the staff will let you know about them.
Now here's an example of a fight:
Goku is fighting Perfect Cell. Goku has a post count of 11,600. Cell may have a post count of up to 1.19 times Goku's base power of 11,600. That'll put him at 13804 posts. But that wouldn't be too fun for Cell. He won't gain much of a bonus, since he's stuck only gaining a 1x boost no matter what the outcome is. So he sets his strength to be Goku's base of 11,600 to have an epic, even battle that he can get much stronger from.
But Goku then uses Full Power Super Saiyan 126%, bringing his post count to be 14616. Cell activates his own version of Full Power Super Saiyan because he's a bio android, bringing him to be perfectly even with Goku.
The fight drags on. Goku doesn't act like he does in the series. He doesn't want to take any risks whatsoever, so he invites Gohan down to help him. Gohan enters the ring with a post count of 11,975. He activates Full Power Super Saiyan 126%, bringing him up to 15089. But Cell can't win against two powerful fighters in his current state.
Now keep in mind Gohan's HIGHEST reachable transformation is Ultra Super Saiyan 132%. But let's say Gohan activates FPSSJ 126%. If Cell wants to, he may raise his power so that a form of his choosing is at least 1.2 times this. To set this base post count, he must use the formula written above. Here's the formula again:
Strongest Opponent's Post Count x Multiplier of Opponent's Form x Multiplier by Which You Want to be Stronger / Multiplier of Your Desired Transformation.
So if Cell wants his Ascended Super Saiyan form to be 1.2 times Gohan's Full Power Super Saiyan form, here are the numbers:
(11975) * (1.26) * (1.2) / (1.28) = 14145.5. So Cell's base post count would have to be 14146. To quickly check, do Cell's Ascended SSJ form divided by Gohan's Full Power Super Saiyan form. Ascended SSJ Cell is at 18106.9, and FPSSJ Gohan is at 15088.5. The division of those 2 numbers gives you 1.2!
Just remember that Cell technically has access to all his later transformations. He's allowed to use whatever he wants, as long as he's not at least 1.3 times the strength of his opponent's highest transformation! So Cell isn't allowed to have a power level of at least 20860.5 no matter what! (which is 1.3 times the strength of Gohan's Ultra Super Saiyan transformation). Although it may be unfair for Cell to just fight with a power level that high because USSJ is very tough to use, but it all depends on how he's feeling... Aren't Goku and Gohan happy they're Saiyans?
Exceptions
Certain NPCs are free from these power limitations, so expect one or two NPCs to reach insane levels of power that will take some seriously well-co-ordinated team-work and/or fusions/dances to beat.
