1. In various places in this RP, mainly in dojos, there are places where you are able to learn techniques. Whether taught in a dojo or not, all of these techniques are regarded as 'dojo techniques'.
2. For each gold star under your name, you may know one dojo technique.
3. Leaning a dojo technique requires 20 posts of training in the dojo where it is taught. You can do all 20 at once, or you can split it up and learn it over time.
4. Upgrading a dojo technique requires you to be at 10s, and only takes an extra 10 posts of training where the upgrade is taught. Upgrading does not count as learning a new technique, so if you have 10 gold stars and 9 dojo techniques, and then upgrade one technique, you may still learn one more.
5. Dojo techniques can be taught to other members, and so can upgrades, provided the learning character has an available dojo technique slot (and 10s for upgrades). Learning takes 20 posts as usual, or 10 for upgrades, only counting the learning character's posts.
When You Start
1. You create your very own 'Signature Attack'!
This will often be a powerful ki/energy attack of some sort. At first you will only be able to use a weakened form of it, but as your character grows in power, they will soon be able to use their signature attack at full power.
2. You may create a deadly custom 'Desperation Attack'.
This won't be unlocked for a while, but you may design it and modify it whenever you wish until you first use it after it's unlocked.
Once it's unlocked, you may only use your Desperation Attack while you're in Weakened 50% state and your opponent is not.
While executing a desperation, raise your power from 50% to 200% temporarily. This represents the massive release of everything you have left.
A desperation must be executed within the first 2 turns of Weakened 50%.
You can only use your desperation once per battle per day. Eating a senzu bean or being rejuvenated in some other way doesn't give you a second shot later.
While you're using a desperation, your opponent cannot use any 'once per battle' techniques.
One last thing... you can never use a desperation to kill another character. At most, a desperation will beat an opponent to the point they can no longer fight, therefore resulting in a double-defeat or double-KO.
Changing Techniques
1. You may forget a dojo technique if you wish to replace it with another more powerful or more useful one.
The new one will require 20 posts as always.
2. If, in future, you want your old technique back, you must relearn it as if it's completely new all over again, meaning 20 more posts of training.
