Full Appearance ~[+]Physical Build - Just one word, ladies and gents: speed. He's build almost perfectly for it, and if not perfectly, it's only the muscular bulk that is typical of one side of his heiratage.
He's got a small form, standing at about 5 foot 3 inches. But his body is porportioned enough to that height, if you saw a picture of him with a blank background you could only slightly tell that he was so adorably short. Poor kid. But his form is very muscularly toned. He's not the Hulk by no means, but he's not your average football hero either. This Saiyan's blood is noticable, much more so than the Arctican side of him, which is something that he's...somewhat glad of. But heavier than his gladness is his frustration with the few traits which give his halfblood away.
[+]Style and Colours - Zezon has definetly recieved the family heirloom for the hair. It rises high on his head like a wild black flame. Though, a few pieces of hair on the front seem to get heavy at the ends and curve downward at the a bit. He's got a widow's peak, sure, but not as pronounced as his father's.
The shade of his skin is a blend somewhere between ivory and bronze. Perhaps a tannish, dark tannish, light tannish; it really depends on where he's been and what kind of sun exposure he's had.
His eyes though, are really where the loathing is at. I'm sure you've heard of blue, blue eyes, but that's an understatement when you look at the extreme color within the ireses of an Arctician. They're extremely attention grabbing, and the icey pigments within that cold blue stare could send shivers down your spine just from the setting it paints - not including the feriocity that can blaze in their arctic hues like a direct gateway into his bitter heart. It's an arctician trait, one that pushes him even farther away from the one thing he wants most.
[+]Personal Physical Features - Well, besides the Arctician eyes. Zezon has a slim scar that runs down over the outside end of his right brow, like a line where the hair no longer grows. He got this from that first fight with his brother - go figure. A blast right to the side of the face.
[+]Facial Features - In a nutshell: Handsomly fraimed with high cheek bones and dark features. His brows are thick and the same dark, dark brown as his hair.
[+]Attire - Casual. Once upon a time it was royal saiyan armor, combat suits, shiney OMG IN YOUR FACE stuffs. But that was then, and I guess if it must be, this is now. He seems to have a liking for loose jeans and hoodies and dark Tees. Simple 'nuff. Mostly because it was in large abundance on the planet he currently resides and thus simpiler to steal.
[+]Accessories - N/A
But I could be wrong.

Personality ~
[+]Witty - Zezon's a clever little guy - er, well, USUALLY. His mind's quick while he's on his feet which isn't unusual for a Saiyan. But at the same time, he's somewhat of a schemer. When given the time he can usually think through his issues and crack the codes of anything but his destany. And he's easily frustrated when he CAN'T figure something out, refusing to let it go until he's made some sort of breakthrough.
But on a side note to that, a large fraction of that "wit" lays with his tongue. He's a little burn-happy, and you don't want to get on his bad side unless you're 100 percent confident in your communication abilities. If not, there's a high chance of you being repetitivly humiliated in public.
[+]Determined - There are things in life that Zezon finds simply hard to let go, things that he'd work to the point where his bones cracked to achieve. Things like becoming the king of the Saiyans, despite the impossible odds. Perhaps this is one of those things that somewhat go against the "wittiness" that was mentioned earlier, his monkey brain coming out. But he's not a quitter. What Zezon sets his mind to do, he WILL do unless it becomes a seriously bad idea later down the road.
[+]Authoritative/Leader - Yes, leave it to a prince to be Mr. Macho Man. Zezon's not one to likely back down, and in urgent situations he's the type who takes charge to get things and people organized in a way that best suits the sceniario. 'Coarse, he's still young, and his way is not always the BEST way. But all the same, if you hang around him long enough, and it gets down to the nitty gritty, it's HIS way or the highway, that kind of deal.
But even though he's not easily intemidated, he isn't someone who'd get in your face for no reason you step on his toes when he happens to be in a bad mood. But his storm is usually easily calmed. And he's not someone to stay mad forever unless it's a sure enough envy grudge or if you messed with the wrong people. If that makes sense...
[+]Moral - It's kinda' strange. Growing up in an environment such as he did, you weren't nessisarily taught good "ethic" values. That was one thing Saiyans WEREN'T known for. Not everyone can be like Goku, folks. But even so, and even though Zezon is as much of a butthole as they come, he does have a sense of right and wrong locked down deep. And if it came right down to life or death, there's no telling what lengths Zezon would go to protect innocent life. And it's hard for him to look at pain and suffering, unless it's an enemy or some victom of his inescapable jokes.
[+]Protective - Though Zezon is a little bit...bitter about the hand life has delt him. The things that he believes are his, whether that be a literal fact or a subconscious feeling, and whether it be things or people, Zezon's just the type of person who would fight for them. Kind of a possessive guy, but is it so hard to understand that when everything of importance to him is always just out of reach?
Signature TechniqueName: Piercing Cannon
Description: Like any other big ol' fat beam, rip offs of Kamehameha, you know the ones. But instead of just a wide blast of powerful energy, it's like a wide blast of tiny ki needles that slice through anything and everything in their paths. But it's almost impossible to tell that that, indeed, is what this attack really is. It looks like a big ol' blast...to anyone who doesn't know beforehand. Which is exactly what makes it so dangerous.
Special Effects: The energy pierces, instead of burns. Needles bro.
Defects: It CAN be canceled out if met by another blast. But that blast has to be 1.5x the energy that Zezon pts into his Piercing cannon or else the "needles" will just slice right on through, just a little duller than they started.

The Legend ~
To truly be able to understand the way Zezon's life played out we'll have to back up to a time a little while before he was born. As you know, Planet Vegeta's economy is fueled by their planet conquring/selling stuffs and their slave trade. Zezon's mother just happened to be on that last boat.
She was a pretty thing. And her planet, Articis, constantly was making shipments of jewels off to other planets. Thus, how THEIR economy operated. And she was a copilot of one of the ships that took exports here and there. Too bad their last stop had come under attack by a group of a certan monkey race, eh? Because their escape route was shut off on that nightmarish planet, and...making a long story about running and hiding and trying not to get stepped on by a bunch of King Kong's skampering about that night short, she was taken as one of the prisoners back to Vegeta.
And for a while, she was just one of the palace servants that worked on things here and there. Made beds and washed floors. You know, something of a maid. And I guess it was because of those good looks she had that resulted in that one night "affare" with the king that brought about our Zezzy-pooh!
She was sent out not long after that though, bought by someone who'd taken an interest in her while visiting the castle and she was brought back to his home nestled within one of the villages on the outskirts. It wasn't so bad, really, but little miss Artician was hard to satisfy. Live as a slave in general was moe than just 'bad'. But the day she found out she was pregnant gave her a bit of hope. It had to be the King's, you know? Especially when little Zezzy popped out with a tail.
So what did she do?
She marched her pretty buns back to the castle and demanded luxury and freedom because she'd given birth to a prince.
And what did King Vegeta do?
Denied every bit of it and had her killed. BUT! There is a bit of a happy ending to all this, see...Zezon's fate was origonally to be death, like his mother's. But while he was at the castle, one of the many warriors who were accompanying the king who was holding the little hybrid, just happened to suggest to "Check his powerlevel", for curiosity's sake. Halfbreed as he may've been, all Saiyan children were scanned at birth to see just how much promise they were likely to show. I mean, come on, it was better than just straight up killing the little guy, right? And when Zezon's scan came up higher than average, King Vegeta had a little change of heart.
Heh, maybe he WAS his kid after all, nyeah?
(Holy crap I have to hurry DX) So Zezon was raised as a little prince in the castle for the longest time. But even though most of his features were that of a Saiyan's, there were little things here and there which just made him...so obviously not. His eyes, inparticular. And even though people bowed as he stepped into the room, and even though his father agknowledged him as the prince...he avoided it. During meetings and visitations from people of other planets, or even the council, Zezon was kept hush hush and out of view if at all possible. He was greatly discouraged from making public appearances, and when he ever did anything that grabed attention...
He always got that look...
That look that said he wasn't what they said he was. The look that said he would never be...
And finally, he'd had enough of being kept in the shadows.
So to make another story short, or, in an attempt to keep things secret for now, he left the castle, the planet, his whole life in persuit of the training they refused to give him...or...something...that could possibly make him worth more than what they thought he was.
