Issilude walked towards a large, concrete wall and raised his hands, gathering ki into a sphere. After a moment he fired the sphere at the wall, where it exploded. See, that wasn't too hard.

However, just as he was celebrating, another ki blast flew at the wall, this one exploding with much more force than Issilude's. That... was impressive. Issilude thought, seeing large chunks of concrete fall from the impact area.

Issilude had to wait in line to get the book again. Apparently Buster Cannon was a popular attack, since just about everyone was reading about it. Or people were just confusing it with Double Buster.

After waiting for ten minutes, Issilude was once more reading the book. The secret to this attack is to make the ki unstable. While most attacks requie that the ki is stable so it doesn't fall apart, this attack takes uses the instability of the ki to power it's explosion.

Normally this instabilty causes the attack to weaken over long distances. However, there is a way to acheive both distance and explosiveness. And that is to make the attack BIG

Bigger attacks have a natural mix of stability and instability, allowing them to both travel long distances and explode with great force. By making the Buster Cannon very large, you use more energy, but you get a much greater effect than if you used regular ki blasts. However, make sure you actually hit the opponent so you don't waste the ki.

Issilude walked back to the large concrete wall and formed another ball of ki. Unlike before, this one was massive, easily the size of Issilude himself. He actually had to float a bit to form it, although he didn't realize that.

Issilude fired the ki blast, which traveled with remarkable speed for its size. It hit the wall, resulting in an absolutely massive explosion, much larger than the one from earlier. Alright, looks like I've got it.

Issilude got into position again, thinking, I better try it once more, just to make sure that wasn't a lucky break. Again, a large orb of ki formed.

Issilude fired the ki, which also hit the wall. This time the explosion was enough to actually put a hole in it. Wow, this really is an impress- Issilude couldn't finish his thought, as the two attacks had taken quite a lot of energy and caused him to pass out.

Issilude woke up an hour later, in a small bed in a side room. I guess I should be a bit more careful when I'm training from now on. He thought as he sat up.

Issilude stood and returned to the main room. He headed straight towards the book corner, and went to work looking for another interesting attack he could use. One book, simply titled Ball of Spirits caught his attention.
