Nameks Only...
Clothes Beam: Change your outfit at will. You can shoot beams at other characters to change their outfits. Just regular clothes are generated. You can also give yourself or other people basic weapons such as simple swords (they can come with their own sheathes, if you'd like) or staves, and harmless items such as hourglasses. With a post of charging, you can add weights to your clothes or somebody else's clothes, provided you deduct the correct zenie from what you're holding just to make it fair (see Pikkon's Dojo for prices). You also need to be at the correct star level to wear the weights yourself, though, even if they're not for you. Weighted Clothes Beams travel slowly and are therefore easily avoided, while also draining a fair chunk of ki, just in case you want to use one in battle to slow an opponent down.
Also I'm going to Update Kai Forgery so you can make weights in a similar fashion, but at any level provided you can afford it.
And if casting weights on another character they must approve of receiving the weights.
Edit!
Here we go...
Kai Forgery: Use your ki to create any object you want, the larger, the heavier, and more complex the object is, the more ki this will expend. You can forge weights using this technique, but only as long as you deduct the correct zenie to make it fair (see Pikkon's Dojo for prices). If casting weights on another character, they must approve of it, otherwise you won't be able to create the weights.
New edit!
I modified Neo Tri Beam...
Neo Tri Beam: Requires 2 turns to gather life force. Then you release multiple Tri Beams one after the other to completely overpower any enemy. Warning: This will knock you out and put you inches from your death. You will need to be healed or given a senzu bean, or else you're just not going to wake up... ever.
And now...
Dead Saiyans
All requirements for any non-oozaru transformations can be replaced with a simple 30 posts of training - any kind of training (combat/solo/both).
Prerequisites that you need to be training in for any form remain the same, however, so...
Full Power Super Saiyan training is required for Super Saiyan 2.
Super Saiyan 2 training is required for Super Saiyan 3.
Super Saiyan 3 training is required for Full Power Super Saiyan 3.
And so forth...
Daikaioh's Tech...
Kai Blow Shot: Take a deep breath, gathering ki for 1 post, and then blow out a massive burst of ki, which is capable of slicing an opponent's flesh up in a grid like fashion. As a finisher, this could even be used to slice your opponent up in to tiny cubes. Uses a lot of ki per use, so don't overdo it.
