Story:Gerzhuise was born and forged from the pits of the demon world by his idoit parents. When Gerzhuise became 28 he killed his parents with his signature technique hell horror which drove his parents insane and they killed themselves.

He became evil and twisted and killed any demon that got close to his territory. He made his territory at a base of a crater. Demons usually visited the crater so he killed them all and people belived it was haunted by some unindentifieble source later.

Description:mental attack makes your worst nightmare come true(the person gets to choose the nightmare in there post if it hits) one whole interupted post to use nightmare is in it it will apear when done with charging only for one post appears when ki blast explodes
Special Effects:makes a nightmare appear that will attack them or drive them insane.
Defects:uses a ton of ki and has to be used close up or it wont hit.

Desperation Attack
Name:hell shock
Description:a bolt of electricity emits from gerz's chest to hit the oppenent.

Special Noteswhat he does is just for his fun. he loves to kill so people might want to watch out for him. but he will do something if he gets money or a dragon ball. he wants to collect the black ones so he can become the most powerfull demon ever

Right, the Hell Horror technique...

1 use per battle.
1 uninterrupted post of charge.
State that the blast explodes to reveal the nightmare upon contact, but it only works if it explodes close up with no significant obstruction.
The nightmare's effects last for 1 full turn.

If you edit these in, you won't need it checked or anything. It'll be considered as automatically accepted 'on these requirements'.
