You are disqualified if...
-You are a no-show or go missing (see below)
-You wield any kind of weapon.
-You wear any kind of armor.
-You give up (warning: you will be considered weak, so your opponent will be ordered to beat you to a pulp)
-You eat a senzu bean (unless a Mystic/Majin fights a non-Mystic/Majin)
-You receive outside help of any kind, which you warranted (if unwarranted help is given, then complications will arise here, and a complex system of rules and checks must be applied, and you don't want to have to go through all that)
-You blatantly and carelessly do something that would attempt to endanger King Vegeta's safety
You lose if...
-You remain on the ground for 10 counts without getting up.
-You are knocked out.
-You are killed.
No-Showing
When a tournament is called, all fighters must report to the Arena within 48 hours.
Once everyone is present, the matches will begin.
If someone is missing after 48 hours, they are disqualified and the matches proceed as planned without them.
Missing
Every tournament will have an announcement thread, which is visible on all boards. You just can't miss it.
When your match is called, it'll be mentioned in the announcement.
If you somehow don't show up for 24 hours, then you are disqualified and forfeit your match.
If for reasons in real life you need to have your match postponed, please tell us in the announcement BEFORE your 24 hours are up, and you will be granted an extension to 48 hours. But that's all you get.
Holding Up Your Match
If it's your match, you're online, and your opponent is not, but you have both made your initial posts in the arena for your match, then you will need to get your fight done with without delay.
So if you're online, but your opponent is offline. Don't wait.
Leave a post, and wait for them to get themselves back online to reply to it.
If you're offline when they reply, then reply to their post once you get back on.
Simple.
If a match is drawn out way too long like this, and people start getting tired of it, then the winner will be decided by who appears to have put up the better fight (decided solely by the person using the King Vegeta, provided they aren't also controlling one of the combatants, where then somebody else must log in to the announcer to decide).
Double-KO or Double-Defeat
In this case, both fighters lose, UNLESS they're the last two fighters of the tournament.
A champion HAS to be declared no matter what, so if the two finalists end up like this, then it all comes down to who can get up first and say "I am the strongest".
Generally, it's whoever used less stamina is allowed to do this, but having a significantly higher post count may help.
Who will declare themselves strongest should be determined out of character, possibly with the input of other members and staff, as it's a tricky thing to get your head around.
